Ways to get involved:
Free Lunch
Every Wednesday from 12-1pm we have free lunch outside of our building for anyone who wants to grab and go or picnic on the hill across from us!
Awaken
Every Thursday night at 7pm we serve free dinner, have worship, Bible study, and opportunities to connect and build community afterwards!
Connect Groups
Every Monday night at 7pm we will meet at various apartments and homes to have dinner and an opportunity to meet in gender specific groups to encourage each other in our walks of faith as we spend time in the word together, offer accountability and authentic community!
Henna
On Monday’s from 12am-2pm our girl’s ministry provides an opportunity to get out on campus to have fun engaging students with free henna! We use henna to share Bible stories with students and engage in spiritual conversations!
The Porch
The Porch is a ministry opportunity on Monday’s from 11am-1pm on the front porch of the BSM. We pass out a variety of free items like s’mores, popsicles, or scantrons to be able to connect with students coming up or down the hill.
Coffee on the Corner
Coffee on the Corner is an outreach opportunity on Tuesday mornings from 7am-9am across from the Rec Center that allows us to serve and connect with students on campus!
Sweet Tea Soularium
Tuesday’s from 10:30am-1pm we have Sweet Tea and Soularium. This is a tabling opportunity we have to pass out free sweet tea while using Soularium cards as a tool to have spiritual conversations with students walking by!
Intramural Sports
Come join us as we get active and have fun representing Christ through sports!
Mission Trip Opportunities
We have plenty of opportunities through the BSM’s sending organization, Go Now, to get plugged into semester, summer, and winter break trips. In addition, we take short-term trips at the end of each semester in December and May working with local organizations in the Houston and Dallas areas, as well as, Beach Reach during Spring Break!
In addition to each of these weekly opportunities, we also have others ways to get involved that are not listed above!
